David Lee Applegate Sylacauga, AL – Memorial service for David Lee Applegate, 42, will be announced at a later date. Mr. Applegate died Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Vernon Applegate, grandparents, uncle, Nash Bullock, and aunt, Delores Hart.

He is survived by his mother Frances Marie Autrey; brother, Jerry Applegate; four nephews, Drew Applegate, Brandon Applegate, Johnny Clifton, Gary Clifton; two nieces, Juliea Washington, Kaylin Huffstutler; two half-brothers, Mark Applegate, Mike Applegate; half-sister, Barbie Applegate; and two aunts, Marlene Bullock, Ann Cannon.
