Obituary for David Michael Riggs David Michael Riggs, 28, of Culpeper died Thursday, July 19, 2018 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born May 3, 1990 in Fairfax to Stephen Riggs and Melody Grantham Billig. He is survived by his father, Stephen Riggs and his wife, Christine of Burke, VA; his mother, Melody Billig and her husband, Michael of Colonial Beach, VA; three brothers, Brandon Riggs and his wife, McKenzie of Hampton, Andrew Riggs of Woodbridge, and Joshua Riggs of Burke, VA; one stepbrother, John Pierre Couty of Centreville; his grandmothers, Freda Grantham Olson and her husband, Marty of Emporia, KS, and Verna Snider Riggs of Culpeper; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will hold a memorial service on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the home of Gammy and Laura, 12387 Randle Lane, Culpeper, VA.
