April 23, 2018 David P. Follett ATHOL- David P. Follett, 62, of Daniel Shays Highway, died Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Quabbin Valley Healthcare in Athol. Born in Glendale, California, he was a son of Philip and Bernardine (Defehr) Follett and had worked for a publishing company. David is survived by a sister, Lorraine Ball and her husband, Scott; a nephew, Jonathan Ball and his wife, Courtney; a niece, Jessica Ball- Pollom and her husband, Justin; and grandnephews, Jackson and Tanner.

There are no calling hours or formal services. Interment will be private at the St. Helena Cemetery in St. Helena, California. The family suggests donations in David’s memory can be made to the Activities Fund, c/o Quabbin Valley Healthcare, Athol, MA 01331.
