Obituary for David R. Adams David R. Adams of Athol, 78 passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on December 21, 2018. He was born December 6, 1940 in Gardner to Orville and Myrl (Williams) Adams. David graduated from Narragansett High School in 1958 and advanced his studies at Rochester Institute of Technology, NY and Burdett College of Business in Boston.

He was president of Adams Printing in Templeton for over 40 years retiring in 2000. Along with being an avid golfer and accomplished pool player, David was a staunch supporter of the City of Champions and its teams, The Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox and Bruins. He was a member of the Gardner Elks and a social member of American Legion Post 172.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Bonnie (Dewey) Adams; his adoring daughters Lisa Foley and RJ of Shrewsbury, Traci Wilson and Gumpy of Templeton, Terri-Jo Krieger and Brett of Templeton. Also his 7 grandchildren, Ashton, Alyshia, Eric, Taylor, Justin, Cara and Samantha, a brother Jack Adams from Vermont, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Joan Ellis.

Services will be held, Friday, December 28th at Mack Funeral Home, 105 Central St, Gardner, MA 01440. Calling hours are from 10am-12pm with a funeral service following. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery.
