Dawn Marie (Hodgson) Casten, of Massillon, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Eugene (Hank) and Bonnie (Jenkins) Hodgson. Dawn worked in the environmental field all of her career.

Dawn is survived by daughter, Nicole J. Casten; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Joi (Letcavits) Hodgson; sister, Jodi Hodgson (Rusty Foulke); Uncle Sam, Aunt Polly, nieces Grace Long and Lake Long, and many cousins. Dawn also leaves many close friends and co-workers, and her beloved dogs, Lucy, Hank and Nibby. Special gratitude goes to the doctors and nurses, aides and therapists who helped Dawn through the years.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 2 to 4 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home – Massillon Chapel, 639 First St. N.E., Massillon. Final resting place will be Foxfield Preserve. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Salvation Army, 315 – 6th St. N.E., Massillon, Ohio 44646 or Massillon Animal Hospital, Good Samaritan Fund, 1107 Lincoln Way East, Massillon, Ohio 44646.
