Deborah’s Obituary Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, friend and prayer warrior. Deborah Richardson-Lowery, 69 of Reed City MI, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on Saturday March 16th 2019. Deborah was born March 21st 1949 in Reed City to the late Herbert & Ruth Clarke.

Deborah was a second-grade school teacher for 31 years at Reed City Elementary and raised three boys of her own. Deborah was a member of the Reed City Seventh Day Adventist Church as well as a local and national member of the AARP. Deborah founded and operated the Seventh Day Adventist Community Services program to provide basic necessities to the underprivileged in the community.

Deborah was authentic, bold and strong in body, mind and spirit. She put God first in all things and served the Lord faithfully her entire life. She was an active member of the Reed City Seventh Day Adventist Church, an avid reader and flower and vegetable gardener.

She loved spending time with her family, studying the bible daily, traveling around the country and dancing with Steve. Her innumerable acts of selfless love for her family, friends and all people were an inspiration that cannot be forgotten. She is survived by Marshall Steven Lowery, her husband of six years and her 3 children; Christopher Richardson, Kevin (Marisa) Richardson and Matthew (Stephanie) Richardson, her three step-children Jennifer Kamptner, Abby Lowery and Melissa (Trent) Anderson.

Deborah is also survived by four grandchildren Ambur, Mersadi, Amelia and Elliot, seven step-grandchildren Hunter, Jenna (Cameron), Ethan, Maverick, Madison, Conor, Grace and two great grandchildren Atom and Ariel, her sister Karen (Richard) Griffith, brother Craig (Peggy) Clarke and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends. Visitation will be held at the Reed City Seventh Day Adventist Church 17290 US-10, Hersey, MI 49639 on Tuesday March 19th 2019 from 11: 00a. m-12:00p.m. with a service to follow.
