OBITUARY Debra Ann Cheshire June 20, 1953 – September 22, 2018 Debra Ann Havins Cheshire, 65, of Victoria/Austin passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018. She was born June 20, 1953 to William “Corky” and Genelle Brugger Havins. Debra “Debbie” was an accountant and loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Shauna (Brian) Stewart of Groesbeck; son, Chad (Christina) Cheshire of Portland, Oregon; brother, Ronald (Karen) Havins of Austin; brother, Don (Carla) Havins of Austin; mother, Genelle Havins of Austin, and two grandchildren, Audrey and Katie Stewart. She is preceded in death by her father, William “Corky” Havins, and husband, Judge Robert C. Cheshire. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 P.M., Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Cook-Walden/Forest Funeral Home.
