Garris, Debra Christine, 65, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side. She retired from Toyota/Georgetown. She was an amazing mother and friend to all.

Her door was always open and she enjoyed cooking and baking goodies for all. Mom never met a stranger and was always smiling. Her favorite team she cheered for were the Cincinnati Reds.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Dennie and Norma Johnson. She is survived by her sons, Jeffery Garris, Jr. (Tami) and Adam Garris (Tara) daughters, Tonya Wright (Tommy) and Christina Garris; sisters, Donna Pogue and Vicki Brown; former husband, Jeffery Garris Sr., grandchildren, Kirsty, Chance, Makayla, Arianna, Payton, Nolan, Mikayla, Adley and Chase; great grandchildren, Jayce, Gracie, Liam and Xander. A celebration of her life service will be held Friday, February 22, 2019, 12 Noon, at Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapel, 4832 Cane Run Road with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 12 – 8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the ALS Foundation/Lou Gehrig’s disease. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Debra Christine Garris please visit our Sympathy Store.
