He was born October 15, 1962 in Pocahontas, AR to Gaylon Deral Holt & Lola Mae Tribble Holt. Dennis was a skilled laborer at Jones & Vining and was of Pentecostal belief.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clarence & Bertha Tribble; paternal grandparents, Alvis & Elizabeth Holt; parents; and a sister, Gail Gaunt. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Holt; sisters, Darlene (Keith) Hall of Paragould, & Debbie (Tim) Hutsell of Hoxie; and brother, Ronnie (Terri) Holt of Jonesboro. He was a second dad to, and survived by, Sherry, Jenny, Jon, Sam, Kim, Stephanie, Magen, Carmen, Sierra, Emily, Jeff, Colton, Gracie, Antonio, Callie, and Destiny.

Graveside services are Tuesday January 8, 2019 at 11:00AM at Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery in Walnut Ridge with Jonathan Cochran and Ricky Hart officiating. Under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, AR. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to House-Gregg Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
