Obituary for Dennis Michael Ballard Dennis M. Ballard, age 71, of Flat Rock, Michigan passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit,. Born on May 10, 1946 in Detroit, he was the son of John and Emma (Craft) Ballard. On February 24, 1966 he married Patricia Reeves in Detroit.

He was employed with Birght Auto and Dealers Transit as a Truck Driver. Dennis Served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Wa He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are wife, Patricia Ballard of Flat Rock, son, Michael Ballard of Flat Rock, 3 daughters, Michele (Brian) Porter of Monroe, Sherry (James) Ballard-Bilek of Flat Rock, and Tammy (Sinan) Gencyuz of Dearborn, 4 brothers, and a sister; 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Friends may visit the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock Chapel on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home at 5:00 pm followed by the Downriver Veterans Honor Guard. Burial will be April 18, 2018 at 11:00AM at Huron Valley Cemetery Flat Rock.
