Dewayne Brown, age 53, of Hiram, GA, passed away at his home on Sunday, May 19, 2019. He was born on April 28, 1966 in Douglasville, GA, to Wayne and Barbara Brown. Dewayne worked as a mechanic for Davis Garage for 14 years and was Baptist by faith.

Mr. Brown is preceded in death by his father, Wayne Lamar Brown. Survivors include his son, Charles ‘C. J’ Brown of Dahlonega, GA, daughter, Candace and Joshua Jones of Yorkville, GA, mother, Barbara Brown, brother, Mark Brown of Hiram, GA, sister, Connie Beaver of Hiram, GA, granddaughter, Kaydence Jones of Yorkville, GA, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Mr. Brown will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 2:00 PM until the service begins at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
