Sams, Diana Sue, age 72 of Germantown passed away on March 18, 2019. She was born in Dayton, OH to the late Omer and Letha (Lawson) Cudgell. Diana was social and loved being around people, which is why she enjoyed working in retail most of her life.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Margaret Walker and granddaughter Michelle Johnson. Diana is survived by her husband Terry Sams, daughters Penny Sue (Greg) Johnson, Mary M. (Brian) Johnson, sister Mary Myers, 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many extended friends and family who will miss her dearly. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 11:00AM at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home, 29 N Main St. Germantown with Pastor Gary Wheeler officiating.

Interment immediately following at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday beginning at 10:00am.
