Diana Lorena Beckort, 75, of Underwood, IN , passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Scott Memorial Hospital. She was born on November 19, 1942 to Clyde and Violet (Nicholes) Kinder in Louisville, KY. She was a self-employed business owner, and a member of the Trinity United Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl Beckort; great-grandson, Ryan Longest. Survivors include her daughter, Terri Goode (Tom Coyle) of Underwood, IN; sons, Jeff Beckort (Annie) of Borden, IN, John Beckort (Tina) of Charlestown, IN, and Dan Roe (Melissa) of Newburg, IN; brothers, Robert Kinder (Maryellen) of New Albany, IN, Jim Kinder (Nancy) of Charlestown, IN, and Rick Kinder (Debbie) of Charlestown, IN; sister, Marilyn Fellows (Steve) of New Washington, IN; mother-in-law, Helen Beckort of Corydon, IN; 7 Grandchildren; 3 Great-Grandchildren. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 6:30pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown.

Visitation will begin on Thursday from 3pm till time of the service. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
