Don was born August 8, 1936 in Covington, KY to the late Beryl and Alice Fornash. Don leaves behind his loving wife of 62 years, Wanda Rose Fornash (nee Meyer); and two sons, Donald Fornash Jr. and Terry Fornash (Eileen); sister, Wanda Lee Arlinghaus (John); brother, Phillip Fornash (Annette); grandson, Robert Donald Fornash (Samantha); and great granddaughter,… Read More » Spencer Brook Fornash.

Don retired after 39 years at R.A Jones working as a Machinist. He was an avid trap shooter, loved photography and a proud member of the N.R.A. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 noon at Stith Funeral Home 7500 US Hwy 42, Florence, KY 41042. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger, KY.
