Obituary for Donald Rice Donald L. Rice (76) of Butler, KY passed away June 25, 2018 at his home. He was born in Independence, KY on March 18, 1942, son of the late James F. and Mary L. DeJournett Rice. Donald a US Army Veteran who serving in Vietnam.

He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and The Mudweiser’s. In addition to his parents, Donald is preceded in death by his brothers Jim and Robert Rice. Survivors include sons Jeff, Billy and Ricky Rice, brothers Ronald and J.D. Rice, sister Brenda Robinson, 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 4-8pm Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral services will be 11am Friday, June 29, 2018 also at the funeral home. Donald’s final resting place will be at the Veterans Cemetery in Williamstown, KY.
