Donald Ray Brown, 74, of Newport, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Crystal Coast Hospice House. A memorial service will be held at a later date. He was a member of the American Legion in Newport and he served as the Vice President for the Concerned Bikers Association.

He is survived by his wife, Pam Brown of the home; daughter, Elisha Ray Baker; and his twin brother, Ronald Ray Brown; and grandchildren, Ryan Baker and Ragan Baker. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Kizzie Brown. Online condolences may be made at www.
