Donna R. Powell, 79, of 481 W. Fourth St. Lock Haven, PA. , passed away November 19, 2018 at the Lock Haven Hospital Emergency Room. She was born in Lock Haven, August 18, 1939 to the late Charles W. and Lucille Huntington Rager.

Donna was a 1958 graduate of the Lock Haven High School and a member of the Mill Hall Church of Christ. She had worked for many years at the Lock Haven Hospital where she retired from the Housekeeping Dept. Surviving are four sons; Gary (Dianna) Weaver of Lock Haven, Stephen Powell of Flemington, Craig Powell of Mill Hall and Kevin (Tina) Powell of Lock Haven, eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

At the family’s request there will be no services. Interment will take place in the Rest Haven Memorial Park. Memorial contributions in Donna’s name will be accepted to the Clinton County SPCA, 33 Mill Hill Road, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
