Obituary for Donna Cook Donna Jean Cook, age 66, passed away on July 5, 2018, at Freeman Hospital, following an illness. Donna was born on October 17, 1951 in Joplin, the daughter of the late Don and Jean (Province) Riley. She has been a lifetime area resident.

She was a retired healthcare provider. She attended Forest Park Baptist Church. She loved the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals.

She enjoyed baking, but mostly she enjoyed being with her grandchildren. She married Bill Cook on December 26, 1974. He preceded her in death on May 6, 2016.

Donna is survived by two sons, Stacy Vicory, Carl Junction, Mo. , and Eric Cook, Webb City, Mo. ; one daughter, Kandice McLemore, Lone Tree, Co.; and several grandchildren.

She will be cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
