DONNA J. BOGGS, 87, of Fremont and formerly of Springfield passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. She was born April 20, 1931 in Springfield, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Ena (Grubbs) Frey. She retired from Robbins & Myers in 1993.

Donna enjoyed her garden, flowers, going to Houghton Lake Michigan and especially being with her family and grandchildren. Survivors include one daughter, Linda (Daniel) Knisely of Fremont, Ohio; one sister, Annabel… Read More » Donnelly of Springfield; three grandchildren, Michael (Holly) Knisely, Scott (Melissa) Knisely and Jennifer (Joseph) Weaver; eight great-grandchildren, Vivian, Spencer, Carter, Jillian, Evelyn, Olivia, Cora and Lily and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Glenis Ray Boggs in 2009; one sister, Marilyn Lovingshimer and one brother, Ronald Frey.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 5-8 pm in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 am in the funeral home with Reverend Doug Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
