Donna J. Kratochvil, 76, of Greensburg, died Sunday, July 1, 2018 in Mt. View Specialty Care Center, Greensburg. She was born July 20, 1941 in Jeannette, a daughter of the late Russell and LaVerne Ellig Opela.

She was a member of Faith Baptist Church, Greensburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kratochvil, a son, Kevin Kratochvil, a granddaughter, Kiera Ann Gaffney, a brother, Earl Opela and a sister, Sharon Smith. She is survived by two sons, David Kratochvil and his wife Toni of OH and Mark Kratochvil of Greensburg, two daughters, Carol Kratochvil of Greensburg and Sharon Gaffney and her husband Christopher of Youngwood, two grandchildren, Michael and Alison Gaffney and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 6:00 – 8:00pm in the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME, INC. , 201 N. First Street, Jeannette. A funeral service will be held Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Detar officiating.

Entombment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family or Faith Baptist Church, 738 Mace Street, Greensburg. To send on-line condolences, visit www.
