Obituary for Doris M. Freyer Doris Marie Freyer (Nee: Wolf), 86 years of Sayreville, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 at home with her family by her side. Doris was born and raised Newark, NJ. In 1954, Doris moved to Sayreville with her husband and children.

Doris was a manager of GoodWill Industries and also worked at Shoprite in the deli department. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. She raised her four children Catholic and the family was parishioners at St. Mary’s Church in South Amboy.

She was predeceased in death by her parents Frederick and Sarah Wolf Lauer, devoted husband Louis William Freyer, brother-in-law Charles Louis Freyer, beloved sisters Ruth Freyer and Joan Waresk, brothers Frederick Wolf, Elmer Wolf and Peter Wolf, sister-in-laws Doris Adams and Bonnie Lauer. She is survived by her beloved children, Donna Fojtlin and her husband Ronald, Louis Freyer and his wife Laura, Tracey Malast and her husband George, Beth Ann Freyer and Marie Ivins. Adored grandmother of Gregg Freyer and his wife Laura, Sarah Beth Rensman and her husband James, Courtney Switay and her husband Brian, Erin Marie Malast, George Louis Malast, Kaitlyn Stefanuk and her husband Grzegor.

Cherished great-great- grandmother Braden, Jason, and Colton Freyer. Reese, Luke, and Benjamin Rensman and Mia Rose Stefanuk. Dear brothers Augustus Lauer and Robert Lauer .

One sister-in-law Mary Rose Lauer. Doris will be missed greatly by all especially by her German Shepard Gabriel. Her strong will and huge heart will be the legacy that will last forever in everyone’s hearts.

A 9:30 AM funeral service will be on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at the Kurzawa Funeral Home, 338 Main Street, South Amboy, NJ 08879. Friends are invited to pay their respects to the family on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, and from 9 AM on Thursday morning before the service. Doris will be laid to rest at Clover Leaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge, NJ.
