OBITUARY Doris Jean Alford July 31, 1936 – November 2, 2018 Doris Jean “Dee” Alford, 82, of Ravenna, passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018 at University Hospital in Cleveland. Dee was born in Ravenna, Ohio to parents Glenn W. and Geraldine (Hunt) Smith on July 31, 1936. Dee enjoyed a 25 year career as a home health aide and was retired from Loving Care Home Health in Deerfield.

Dee loved her time spent working as she was a loving and caring women. Dee also loved flowers and always maintained a beautiful garden. Dee is survived by her children: Larry Lee “Duke” (Susan) Woodall, Robert Woodall, Linda Gale (Randy) Brittenell, Patricia Jean Baker, John David Woodall and Cindy (Doug) Webb.

She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her brother Paul M. “Reet” (Becky) Smith. Dee was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ralph Woodall and her siblings: Glen “Gene” Smith, Jack Smith, Barbara Matthews and Harold “Bud” Smith. Memorial services, officiated by Pastor Susan Woodall, will be held at Grandview Memorial Park on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 11:00am.
