Obituary of Doris Diebold Doris Virginia Diebold, age 88, of Osage Beach, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. Doris was born October 7, 1930 in Dyer, Tennessee. She was the daughter of John Monroe Allison and Eura Jane (Akin) Allison.

On June 16, 1967 in Scott City, Missouri, Doris was united in marriage to Charles Robert “Bob” Diebold who preceded her in death November 9, 2011. Doris and Bob shared over 44 loving years of marriage together at the time of Bob’s death. Doris and Bob owned and operated their own business selling authentic Indian jewelry.

She truly enjoyed operating the business with her husband and meeting and talking with people from all across the country. Her greatest joy in life was her family. Doris was a loving and devoted wife to Bob and a caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her children and their families.

Doris is survived by her sons, Chuck Diebold of Osage Beach, Missouri, Mike Diebold and fiancé Christy Boon, of Osage Beach, Missouri and Scott Diebold and wife, Anna, of Eldon, Missouri; six grandchildren, Marc Diebold and wife Ashley, Christy Langston and husband Daniel, Nick Diebold, Phil Diebold, Crystal Diebold, and Kyle Diebold; four great-grandchildren, Logan Diebold, Keegan Diebold, Logan Langston, and Olivia Langston; and her beloved Peanut. Doris is also survived by several friends who helped her through her illness, Faith, Terry, Terri, Marsha, Billie, Jimmy, Rob, Angie, Shawn, Tiffany, and Chris. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Eura Allison; her husband, Bob Diebold; her brothers Loise Allison, Ray Allison, Charlie Allison and Al Allison; and her sister Mary Louise Allison.

Services will be held 5:30 pm, Friday, January 4, 2019, at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Osage Beach, Missouri. Private interment will be at Lake Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Osage Beach, Missouri.
