They were married July 16, 1955 and enjoyed 63 years of marriage together. They had two children, Walter and Victoria; two grandsons, Richie (Emily) and David (Mandy) and six great grandchildren, Joshua, Nicholas, Charlotte, Tirzah, Amy and Lisa. In 1959 Dorothy and Jerry opened Jerry’s Furniture in Leesburg.
