Benson: Mrs. Dorothy Beasley Langdon, age 83, of 125 Federal Road died Wednesday at Liberty Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Graveside Funeral Service will be 3:00PM Saturday at Roselawn Cemetery in Benson. Officiating will be Rev.

David Langley. Mrs. Langdon was born November 4, 1934 in Johnston County to the late Chester and Lillie Price Beasley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Steele Langdon.

Mrs. Langdon was a restaurant cook and a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary’s Original Free Will Baptist Church. Surviving are sons and daughter-in-law, Doug & Wanda Langdon of Benson and Randy Langdon of Benson; grandsons, Dylan Langdon and Chase Langdon; and great grandsons, Aiden Langdon and Riley Langdon.

The family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 1:30PM to 2:30PM Saturday prior to the service and other times at the home of Doug & Wanda Langdon, 488 Stephenson Road, Benson, NC.
