Obituary for Dorothy Lee Holtz Dorothy Lee Holtz, 89, of Searcy, joined the heavenly choir on Sunday, June 17, 2018. She was born February 11, 1929 in Waldron, Arkansas, the daughter of George and Trummie Martin. Dorothy is survived by two sons, Gene Holtz, Jr. and wife Gina, and Jeff Holtz and wife Lea; two sisters, Nita McDonald and Wilma Law; five grandchildren, Amanda, Garret, Michelle, Rebekah and Justin; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gene Holtz, Sr., two brothers and one sister. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gifts of Hope, in care of First General Baptist Church, 1005 West Booth Road, Searcy, Arkansas 72143. Visitation will be Friday, June 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home of Searcy.
