Obituary for Edward Wheeler Edward “buddy” Wheeler of Searcy, Arkansas, died Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the age of 58. He was born September 16, 2018 to the late Edward Lee and Clara Hutchinson Wheeler in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Buddy, as he was affectionately known by everyone except his grandchildren who called him pops, worked construction by trade and was a hard worker.

He was a member of the Trinity Full Gospel Church in Bald Knob; he was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He loved his family and will be missed by his loving wife and numerous children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Powell Funeral Home chapel in Bald Knob, Arkansas from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Darren Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Log Cemetery at Brookland, Arkansas.
