Obituary for Wayne Edens Wayne Edens, 85, of Judsonia, died Thursday, July 19, 2018 at his home. He was born July 18, 1933 in Japton, Arkansas to the late Scott and Jennie (Petree) Edens. He was a United States Army Veteran that served in Korea.

Wayne worked as a construction superintendent for Jacksonville Steel and was of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his sons, Jeff Edens of Judsonia and Richard Edens of Cabot; daughter, Katheryn Poole of Judsonia; a brother, Wylie Edens of Tulsa, OK and a sister, Geneva Tindall of Center Ridge; 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 wives, a son, Cecil Edens, 4 brothers, 4 siters, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be Monday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Services will be 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 24 at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Bald Knob. Interment with military honors will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Little Rock National Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia.
