Obituary for Oliver Carl Latta Oliver Latta, age 73 of North Little Rock, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018. Oliver is survived by his wife Anna, brother Garland, sister-in-law Ethel, three nieces and seven great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Garland and Frances Latta.

Oliver had a fifty year career in the Construction Industry as an Estimator-Project Manager. He helped start the Arkansas Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators in the early 1980’s. After retirement he started the Summerwood group of Nextdoor a few years ago.

Visitation will be Monday from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home in North Little Rock. A graveside funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at Rest Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you make a memorial donation in his name to Arkansas Hospice or the First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock.
