Obituary for Denny Dean Bishop Denny Dean Bishop, 63 of Searcy, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on July 10, 2018 in Little Rock. He was born on September 6, 1954 to Howard Dean and Jewel Dean Bishop in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Denny spent 43 years of his life serving the people in law enforcement.

He loved his wife, kids and family. He enjoyed the farm, cattle, fishing and spending family time together. Denny is survived by his wife, Tammy Bishop; mother, Jewel Bishop; sons, Brian Bishop and wife, Shauna, Brandon Bishop and wife, Lynn; daughter, Rachel Bishop; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and a new great-grandchild expected in September; brothers, Clinton (Delores), Howard (Beverly), Mark (Debbie), Michael (Darla), Richard (Joy), David (Courtney) and Jeffery Bishop; sister, Carol (Jimmy) McKenzie and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and granddaughter, Tiffany Bishop. Visitation will be Friday, July 13 from 12-2 at Valley Baptist Church, Memorial Service will follow at 2:00. Arrangements by Powell Funeral Home of Searcy.
