Obituary for Fannie Pauline “Polly” Grigsby Fannie Pauline “Polly” Grigsby, 92, of Russell, died Thursday, September 20, 2018 in Searcy. She was born February 22, 1926 in Rison, Arkansas a daughter of the late Hayden Eugene and Lula (Hancock) Tomlinson. Polly was a homemaker and a very hospitable lady and an excellent cook.

She was a very talented musician and song writer and enjoyed playing her guitar but loved her family above all. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth Grigsby (Jackie) of Norman, Oklahoma, Gary Grigsby (Sandy) of Russell, Ricky Grigsby of Bald Knob and Shawn Grigsby (Tami) of Bald Knob; 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She wa preceded in death by her husband, Garald Grigsby; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Services will be held Monday, September 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Sean Cavender officiating. Interment will follow in the Carter Cemetery by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob – Judsonia. www.
