Dorothy Lucille Cobb Clayton, 90, of Earlington, KY passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Baptist Health Madisonville. She was born in Hopkins County, KY on July 12, 1928 to the late Clyde Cobb and Velmar Walker Cobb. She was a member of Grapevine Christian Church in Madisonville, KY.

She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Cron; her second husband, Cecil Clayton; and five siblings: Betty Livingston; Eudell Cobb, Helen Cobb, Gordon Cobb, and Robert Cobb. She is survived by her two children, Carolyn Henderson of Cleveland, TN and Roger Cron of Madisonville, KY; one sister, Wanda Caster of Texas; one brother, Dearrell Cobb of Michigan; two grandchildren, Leona Henderson and Shannon Freeman; two great grandchildren, Brandy Flowers and Ric Freeman, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY with Bro. Tommy Hayes officiating and burial to follow at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville, KY. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Mark Dedrick, Bill Cannorva, Aaron Coble, Sonny Turley, Bubby Turley, and Jimmy Egbery. Honorary Pallbearer will be Whitney Curtis. Online condolences can be made at www.
