He was born Sunday, June 26, 1960 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 18, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins, Mississippi.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home and the Burial will follow in Ora Cemetery. Bro. Larry Dennis Jr. will officiate.

Survivors include Patricia Seger (Wife), Michael Shelby Maxwell (Tina) (Son), Donald Dewayne Seger (Son), Joel Lynn Seger (Felicia) (Son), Charlotte Mae Teague (Jason) (Daughter), 8 grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren, Teddy Seger (Brother), Keith Seger (Brother), Donna May Cox (Sister).
