Obituary for Dreen Marion Phipps Dreen Marion Phipps, 74, (nee Naylor) (5/14/1944-11/23/2018) “Mother’s hold their children’s hands for just a little while…. and their hearts forever”. -Irish Blessing.

Dreen is preceded in death by her husband Russell S. Phipps Jr (10/20/2015); her parents George and Pearl Naylor; a brother, Richard Naylor; a sister, JoEllen Polizzi (nee Naylor) and many other family members. She leaves behind her son, Scott Phipps, 42, his wife Candice Phipps (nee Tuttle) and granddaughters: Berlyn Emmanuella and Bella Jo. And her daughter, Jacqueline M. Pickering (nee Phipps), 48, her husband, David W. Pickering Jr, and an older granddaughter, 22, Ashley N. Pickering.

She also leaves behind two sisters: Lori McCloughan (nee Naylor) and her husband Joseph; and Georgene Young (nee Naylor); and a brother, Harry Naylor; as well, several nieces, nephews, and great -nieces and -nephews. A memorial is being held at Immanuel Presbyterian Church located at 3800 NE Parvin Road KCMO 64117 Sunday at 12:00 pm/Noon.
