Obituary for Dutch Ann Jackson-Carr Dutch Ann Jackson-Carr Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Friday, April 6, 2018, under the care of Hospice in Jacksonville, FL. Mrs. Jackson-Carr was a native of Columbia, SC but lived in Jacksonville, FL for several years. Dutch Ann was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and GG.

She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and they were what kept her going. She loved working at the commissary at Ft. Belvoir, VA and enjoyed the people she met there.

She greatly appreciated her friendship with Didi and Jim Olwin and Rich Jonas and all they did for her. Family members include her children: Lynn Cartin and SFC Robert A. Jackson (Charlene); daughter-in-law: Mary Kay Jackson; brother: El Bradley; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands: SFC George L. Jackson SR and Howard D. Carr; and children: SSgt Larry Jackson, Linda Helms, Brenda Koukas, George L. “Jackie” Jackson Jr., and Debra Salmi.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your favorite charity. A funeral service will be Saturday, April 14, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at Westover Memorial Park with Father Vernon officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
