OBITUARY E. Frank Horne May 28, 1940 – November 15, 2018 E. Frank Horne 78, of New Bern passed away November 15, 2018 Frank was a retired City Executive with BB&T and retired as Practice Administrator with E.C.I.M. He is predeceased by his parents, Edward and Vera Horne Surviving is wife, Shirley R. Horne; sons, J. Frank Horne and wife,Chris of Virginia Beach and Randy S. Horne of Washington D.C.; grandchildren, Caroline, Katie and Christine.

A Funeral service will be held 1pm Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Cotten Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
