OBITUARY Edna Louise Affolter April 4, 1938 – September 29, 2018 Edna Louise Affolter, age 80, of Coshocton passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018. She was born in Lawrence County on April 4, 1938 to the late Alford and Hattie (Grubb) Arden. On March 12, 1954 she married Paul Affolter who passed away on May 3, 2004.

Edna was a member of the Eagles and VFW 1330. She loved spending time with her family and her dog, Teddy. She enjoyed country music and traveling to Wheeling to the casinos.

She is survived by her three children, Steve (Lori) Affolter of Coshocton, Kathy (Michael) McNichols of Fresno, and Craig Affolter of Coshocton; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, brother Curtis (Carol) Arden of Coshocton and sister Glenna Swingley of Mount Vernon. Along with her parents and husband, Edna is preceded in death by her two brothers, Donald and Gerald Arden and sister Evelyn Meddings. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at South Lawn Cemetery.
