Edward C. Lutz, 95, a resident of Secane passed away peacefully at his home on February 13, 2019. Ed was born in Philadelphia, graduated from Northeast High School, served in the US Navy in the Pacific Theater during World War II, and was a union carpenter for over 50 years. He was a Boy Scout Headmaster, active in the Primos-Secane Civic Association, earned his private pilot’s license, was CEO of his own construction company (E.

C. Lutz and Sons) and a longtime volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Survived by his loving wife Helen L. (nee McCunney) of 67 years. Children Ann Mills (Jack), Ed Jr. (Maryann), Regina Waters (Robert), Kurt (Paulette), Bill (Janet) Lutz, 16 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation: Tuesday, February 19, at 9:30 am, St. Eugene Church 200 S. Oak Ave. , Primos. Funeral Mass: Tuesday, February 19, at 10:30 am, St. Eugene Church.
