Obituary for Mr. Edward D. Partridge Edward Dewayne Partridge was born to Claude and Bettye Jean Mobley Partridge. He was preceded in death by his parents: half-brother, Claude “Bimbo”; paternal grandparents, Edward and Ethel Partridge; maternal grandparents, Crawford and Cora Mobley. He attended Polk Elementary, Harding Middle School, and graduated from Northeast High School in 1977.

Edward enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1977 where he served two years and was a painter and wallpaper hanger. Edward was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church at an early age and was a great baseball and basketball player. Edward liked to swim, fish, and barbeque.

He was a “good friend” to many and he will truly be missed. Edward leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Torrievett Partridge; three daughters: Carisma, Makia, and Christina; three granddaughters: Shantavia, Olivia, and Nichel; four grandsons: Delontae, Little Chris, Christian, and Royal; brother, Anthony “Tony” Partridge; sister, Claudett Partridge; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
