OBITUARY Doris Jean Collins Mighton July 4, 1934 – September 1, 2018 Doris Jean Wallis Collins-Mighton was born to Clara Inez Holloway Wallis and George H. Wallis in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a graduate of Hendricks College in Conway, AR and University of Oklahoma. Jean was a pre-school teacher.

She was a member at St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing and was an OU fanatic however she was most proud of her children and grandchildren. Jean is preceded in death by her husbands Charles E. Collins and Charles R. Mighton.

She is survived by her children Cindy and husband Russell of Oklahoma City, Donna and husband Joel of Midwest City, Jim and wife Sherri of Yukon; sister Inez and husband Robert; 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 5 nieces and 7 nephews. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday 6:00 pm – 8 pm. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 8, 2018 at St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church, 2424 NW 50th Street, OKC, OK 73112.

Memorials may be made in Jeans’ name to St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church.
