Edward Fuk Loy Chang August 17, 1924 – April 15, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Send Sympathy Card Edward Fuk Loy Chang, 94, of Hilo, died on Monday, April 15, 2019 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born on August 17, 1924 in Wailuku, Hawaii. He was retired purchasing agent for the former C. Brewer & Company, LTD.

and a U.S. Army Air Corps WWII veteran. He was also an instructor for Hilo Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido and a member of various golf clubs. Services were held.

No flowers and monetary donations. Survived by, son, Michael (Cathie) Chang of Hilo; sister, Frances Sherrard of Hilo; brother, Harold Chang of Honolulu, Oahu; sister-in-law, Maureen Chang of Honolulu, Oahu; grandchildren, Melissa Chang of California and Landon (Kimberly) Chang of Virginia; 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
