Obituary for Effie Lea Anderson (Davis) Print Effie Lea Davis Anderson, 100, of Prince George, passed away January 23, 2019. She was born the sixth child of James Fredrick and Lulu Maud Goin Davis in Custer County, Oklahoma on December 29, 1918. She was united in marriage to Rev.

Kenneth Murl Anderson on July 28, 1934. From this union were born Helen Louise (Bill) Defibaugh and Judy Kay (Mike) Mueller; granddaughters, Michele Lee Mueller and Malinda Kay Mueller Willingham; and five great- grandchildren. She majored in History and Religious Education at OBU.

She served side by side with K.M. until his death on July 28, 1996, their 62nd wedding anniversary. She was a member of Monumental Baptist Church, 2925 S. Crater Rd. Petersburg, Virginia, where a funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2019.

The family will begin receiving friends at 1:00 p.m. at Monumental Baptist Church. Interment at Blandford Cemetery will remain private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Monumental Baptist Church Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.
