Obituary for Eileen Mary Reul (Chesak) Eileen M. Reul (nee Chesak) of West Bend, passed away under a full moon with her daughers by her side on Monday, January 21, 2019 at the age of 79. Eileen was born on July 5, 1939 in Milwaukee to Raymond and Mildred (nee Esselman) Chesak and graduated from West Bend High School in 1957. Eileen married the late Edward “Bump” Reul on November 28, 1959 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

She retired from Amity Leather and after retirement enjoyed reading, knitting, but most of all loved spending time with her family. Eileen is survived by her children Annette (Al) Schmitt, Chris Bates (Dennis) and Gail (Jeff ) Esselmann, grandchildren Adam Bates, Ryan (Jenni) Esselmann, Emily Bates (Andrew Luczak), Tyler Esselmann and great-grandchildren Jack, Blake and Dixon. She is further survived by her brother Michael (Karen) Chesak, sisters-in-law Jean (Al) Ripley, Doris Krahn, and Betty Reul, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bump, grandson Nicholas Bates, brother Karl Chesak, sisters-in-law Lavern (Roy) Remich, Mildred (Orin) Donath, Bernice (Leo) Kastner, Inez (Vernon) Staege, brothers-in-law Adrian Krahn, Howard Reul and Marvin Reul. Private services were held. A Special Thank You to all the staff at Kathy Hospice and St. Joseph’s Froedtert Hospital ICU.
