Bull, 67, of Walnutport, PA, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem. She and her husband, Dr. Malcolm I. Bull, celebrated 42 years of marriage this year, of which she was extremely proud. Born in 1951 in Allentown, she was the second daughter and fourth child of Richard and Edith Stoll.

Elaine earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Duquesne University and began her career at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, where she met Malcolm. She continued her work in health care running her husband’s oncology practice for 30+years. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and an active member of the Philanthropic Educational Organization (P.E.O.).

Elaine’s quick smile, hearty laughter, patient listening, and thoughtful perspective have made her the trusted friend and advisor to many and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, sister, 5 children and 9 grandchildren: her husband, Malcolm, her sister, Mary Stoll, her daughter, Lara Bull-Otterson and husband Jim Otterson, daughter, Melissa Acquaviva and husband Chris, and daughter, Diana Bull and spouse Raoni Padui; her son, Todd Bull and wife Sarah, and son, Steven Bull and wife Andrea Hart. Elaine was predeceased by her brothers, Jack Stoll and Richard Stoll.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 31st at 10:30 a.m. in St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 4412 Mountain View Dr., Walnutport. Family and friends may call at the church Monday 9:30 a.m. until time of mass. Burial will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery, Bethlehem.

Contributions: Flower memorials or financial gifts may be presented to St. Nicholas Catholic Church in loving memory of Elaine Bull. Arrangements are under the direction of the Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton. Online condolences may be submitted above.
