Elaine F. Allison, 88, of Belding, passed away Wednesday evening, January 16, 2019 at Fountain View of Lowell. Elaine was born on January 21, 1930 in Lyons Twp, the daughter of Charles and Goldie (Telfor) Loper. Elaine graduated from Belding High School with the Class of 1948 and later married Dewey Allison on April 23, 1949 in Belding.

In earlier years Elaine worked at the Belding Hospital and the Silk Mill. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, camping and being home with her family. Elaine was a past 4-H leader and a member of Shiloh Community Church.

She will be greatly missed. Elaine is loved and survived by her children; Toni Allison of Lowell, Kim (Mark) DeKubber of Cedar Springs, Dawn (Jerry) Gable and Lori Braman all of Lowell, grandchildren; Stuart, Lacie, Mandy, Eric, Lora and Samantha, great grandchildren; Sylvia, Taylore, Phoebe, Kain, Kash and Autumn, great great grandchild; Paizley. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dewey and one brother Lloyd.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, January 21, 2019 at Shiloh Community Church with Pastor Ken Harger officiating. Interment will be in River Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Johnson Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding.

Memorials may be given to Shiloh Community Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home and church.
