Elaine Bond, 64, of Jefferson City, Missouri passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 at Villa Marie Nursing Home in Jefferson City, Missouri. She was born November 4, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of the late Glenn and Beverly (Darby) Wineinger. On May 27, 2000 in Eldon, Missouri she was united in marriage to Mark Bond who survives.

Other survivors include, Her Children, Travis Stogsdill (Lisa) of Brumley, MO; Sam Stogsdill of Eldon, MO; Brian Stogsdill of Eldon, MO; Melissa Martin of Jefferson City, MO Four Grandchildren; Two Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews Her Siblings, Diana McGinnis of Ballwin, MO; Dean Wineinger (Jan) of Jefferson City, MO; Phil Ponder (Beverly) of Eldon, MO Her former husband, Sam Stogsdill preceded her in death and a brother in law, Kim McGinnis. She attended Nichols Career Center in Jefferson City, MO to become a nurse. Elaine was employed as an LPN for many years at JCMG in Jefferson City, MO.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Memorial Service beginning at 3:00 PM. Memorials in her name are suggested to the Friends of Animals Shelter. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
