Eldon Ray Zeese, 80, formerly of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018. Eldon was born January 24, 1938, in La Porte, Indiana, to Earl and Fannie (Fritz) Zeese. On October 18, 1958, in La Porte, Indiana, Eldon married Barbara Harenzo who survives.

Eldon was a barber and owned Eldon’s Barber Shop in Downers Grove, Illinois for 58 years. He also was in the Army Reserves. Eldon is survived by his wife, Barbara; a brother, Ed (Doris) Zeese of La Porte, Indiana, and a nephew, Barry (Candy) Zeese of Arizona; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Stanley and Georgette Harenzo of Lexington, North Carolina.

A graveside service will be at 10a.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Pine Lake Cemetery. Pastor Bob Vale will officiate. Arrangements have been entrusted to Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.
