Mrs. Elizabeth “Bobbie” Anderson, 85, of Wilkesboro passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at her home. Bobbie was born December 30, 1932 in Alexander County to Eners Chester Anderson and Ethel Era Johnson Anderson. Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Shirley Allen and Virginia Caudill.

Bobbie is survived by sisters, Cornelia Holland (Charles) of Arkansas, Polly Nichols ( Wesley) of Wilkesboro, Selma Griffin (Ernest) of Moravian Falls; brothers, EC Anderson ( Dorles Mardell) of Pennsylvania, James Anderson (Wanda), Robert Anderson (Lottie), Lee Anderson, all of Moravian Falls; special great niece, Ava Adams and many nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held Friday, May 25, 2018 at 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel in Moravian Falls. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 26, 2018 at the New Hope Baptist Church on the Brushy Mountain Road.

Rev. Brady Hayworth, Rev. Amos Combs and Speaker Trent Craven will be officiating.

Burial will follow the funeral in the church cemetery.
