Obituary for Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Franke Franke, Elizabeth Ann “Libby”, 76, passed away December 11, 2018 with her family by her side. She was the loving daughter of Hearl and Mary Catherine (Bindner) Rough. She retired from Summerfield Manor Nursing Home and a former member of Our Lady.

We were blessed to have such a gentle and kind soul. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Porky and Donnie Rough. Libby is survived by her twin sister, Mary Ann Rough and brother, Jerry (Mary) Rough; niece and guardian, Conni (Kenny) Cheney; a host of nieces and nephews; caregivers, Connie, Norma Jean and Paula; her friends at KSJ, her fur baby “Max” and Angel from Hospice.

Her celebration of life will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018, 11 a.m. at Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapel with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 1 – 8 p.m. Friday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus.
