Obituary for John Phillip Mader MADER, John Phillip, 57, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018. He worked as a hospital educator for Our Lady of Peace Hospital and he was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.

John is survived by his loving wife, Sandy Mader; beloved daughter, Miranda Mader; and brothers, Edward (Vickie) and George Mader (Pat). His memorial visitation will be Friday from 2-7 p.m. with the funeral beginning at 7 p.m. at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr. Cremation was chosen.
